The format is the whole job
Most sports days go wrong before anyone bowls a ball. The format does not fit the hours available, the ground booking overruns, and by mid-afternoon half the teams are standing around.
We build the format backwards from the constraints — how many teams, how many hours, how many pitches, what the weather will do in that month. Then we lock the fixture list, brief the officials, and run the scoring so nobody has to argue about a result at the end of the day.
That applies whether it is eight corporate teams on a Friday or a twelve-week league with a points table and a playoff.

How many teams do you need for a tournament?
Six is a comfortable minimum for a one-day event — below that the format gets thin and teams spend more time waiting than playing. There is no upper limit; we have run multi-week leagues with full points tables.
Can you run a corporate sports day rather than cricket?
Yes. Cricket is where our depth is, but we run mixed sports days, football and other formats. Tell us what your people actually want to play.
Do you provide the ground, or do we?
Either. We book grounds across Dubai, Sharjah and the northern emirates as part of the package, or we can work at a venue you have already secured.
What happens if the weather turns?
Every fixture plan we publish includes a reserve structure — reduced overs, a reserve slot, or a bowl-out, agreed with you before the day so nobody is deciding under pressure.
