The result on the board is the real one
Neutral officials, published playing conditions and a scoring process nobody has to argue about afterwards. Sponsors and clubs both keep coming back for the same reason: the competition is clean.
Top-Knock was built by people who came up through UAE club cricket, not by an agency that added sport to a service list. That difference shows on match day.
The short version
Manju Abeysekera founded Top-Knock after nineteen years working inside the Emirates sports market — with cricket academies, clubs and franchises across the UAE and Sri Lanka. A banker by profession and an ICC-qualified coach by choice, he built the company around the thing most event agencies get wrong: the sport itself.
That is why our plans hold up. We already know which grounds stay playable in July, which officials turn up on time, how long a twelve-team format actually takes to play out, and what a touring side needs on the ground in Colombo. None of that comes from a checklist.
Today Top-Knock runs tournaments, tours, training camps, teamwear, coverage and campaigns from an office at Rolex Tower in DIFC, with delivery people in both Dubai and Sri Lanka.
How we work
Sport is our passion and our joy. These are the rules we run the business by.
Neutral officials, published playing conditions and a scoring process nobody has to argue about afterwards. Sponsors and clubs both keep coming back for the same reason: the competition is clean.
The people who quote the event are the people who run it. Most clients start with one service and end up using three, and it works because there is no agency chain between the brief and the ground.
Tours are the hardest thing to get right because half the work happens where you are not. We have delivery people at both ends, so fixtures, grounds and logistics are handled locally on each side.
